Hey there! My name is Trinket. I have been drawing since I was very young. My best friend and I were drawn at a theme park and I knew that that was what I wanted to do! I went back to that park every week for two years and stalked those poor artists. Fortunately, they were very kind and they took pity on me. Everyone of them, especially the manager, took turns teaching me how to draw. Since then, my sister and I have ran our own caricature shop in Florida for 18 years. Though I soon expanded into fantast art and then horror art as well, caricatures were my first love and they will always have special place in my heart. They are light, whimsical and always bring a smile to others!
My caricatures are hand drawn, the old fashion way.

Please Follow these INSTRUCTIONS when ordering:
-Please attach a photo of the individual that you would like to have drawn. Its simple. Just click the CONTACT button and you can send me your message and attach your photo. Remember, I can only draw what I can see, so the clearer the photo, the better!
-While I cannot refund a caricature once it has been shipped, I will send you a watermarked picture of the drawing for your approval beforehand. Unless, of course, you prefer to be surprised. Please let me know if that is the case.
PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
ALL orders are sent with an Etsy shipping label which includes an Etsy internal tracking number, NOT a USPS Tracking number. If you would like to add a USPS Tracking number, select the “Add USPS Tracking Number” upgrade during checkout. Those orders will be sent as a "Package" which is a more robust system, is prioritized over "letters" and has different options in case of any issues. Large orders I will automatically send with a USPS Tracking number.
In normal times, most orders arrive in 2-6 business days but due to multiple USPS issues orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, especially around holidays. As of October 1st 2021 USPS will be using mostly ground transport for envelopes (without tracking) which will likely cause more delays. I usually ship orders the same day or next day. Once it’s in the mail, it is out of my hands. We are sorry for any delayed packages but appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. If your item shows shipped but is "pre-transit", that means it's at a distribution center, not my house, you know as much as I do.
** Please be aware adding a USPS Tracking number DOES speed up delivery and is more reliable as it is sent as a "package" and not a "letter". I keep that upgrade charge as low as I can and absorb some of the cost as well but I HIGHLY recommend selecting it at checkout if you are at all concerned about delays with your order. Upgrading to USPS Priority is no longer “guaranteed” in 2-3 days but now says 1-4 days.

Care Instructions
We send decal application instructions with every decal, Please note, decals will not last forever or in all situations.
Thin lines or small pieces of decals are more likely to peel up so please use extra caution when applying and handling those. For areas of high use, like the back of a phone, expect the decal to last a week or two. For areas that don’t get touched often, like the back of a car window, the decal can last for a long time.
What if I don't like my caricature?
We take and send you a sample picture of your caricature for your approval before we ship it. once it is shipped, it is yours and cannot be refunded or returned. We can make a new one for you in the case of (proven) shipping issues or damage , but beyond that you may purchase another one at a discount.
I don’t have a tracking number
I send all orders via Etsy Shipping labels that have their internal tracking numbers via Pitney Bowes. Please note that is NOT a USPS tracking number. If you would like to purchase a USPS tracking number I offer it as an upgrade option during checkout. The benefit of a USPS Tracking number is I send it as a “package” which is a different, more robust system than standard letters. Also if there is any issue, USPS will investigate with one of their tracking numbers. Most orders arrive in 2-4 business days but some can take up to 3 weeks during busier times, holidays and ongoing issues even with tracking.
My Etsy shipping label order says it was delivered but I don’t see it
If an Etsy tracking number says the item has been delivered but you did not receive it. 1) Check the address is correct. 2) Check with neighbors, especially with community mailboxes or in apartment complexes. 3) I have seen some items marked as delivered that show up in the next few days. Etsy’s estimated delivery estimates are very rough and not usually accurate, especially during the holiday season. While orders usually arrive in 2-4 business days, it is common for it to take up to 3 weeks. I have even had orders take 8 weeks. Please be patient but message me directly if you haven’t gotten your order after 3 weeks as by that time they have usually found their way to you or been returned to me.
The USPS tracking number for my order shows it was delivered but I don’t have it
If your order includes a USPS tracking number and it shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please call USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. It is on the receiver's side to report lost/stolen mail to USPS and possibly the local police, not the sender. Once it has been marked picked up on my side, it is out of my hands. After you have called them and started an inquiry, message me directly with the "Service Request Number" so we can work together on a resolution. They will ask you to check with your neighbors first.
If a package with tracking seems "stuck" somewhere you can also call to have them check.
If your package shipped via "Priority" and you have any issues with lost/stolen, and wish to make an insurance claim, contact me directly
My order shipped to the wrong address
I will send gifts to an address you provide me BEFORE I mark an item shipped. Unless you indicate otherwise before I mark an item shipped, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy/Paypal/Apple/etc. Please double check it prior to submitting an order and upon checkout. Anything lost or returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in a new item and/or shipping charge, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address. If you have not received an item, please contact me but I will only send items to an address shown in Etsy.
Decal pricing
The base price is $1 per inch of the longest side. So if you order a 4” decal it will start at $4, 10” will start at $10 etc. I add/subtract depending on the complexity of the design. Then I add the minimal amount to cover materials, platform and shipping fees (usually between $2 to $5 depending on the size of the decal).
Custom and personalized orders
Yes! We do custom decals and personalization. Just message with as much information on what you are looking for. The more info the better. I usually do not charge extra for this as long as it is something I can do quickly and easily. If it will take a lot of extra time on my end, then there could be an additional charge that I would let you know about up front after assessing what you need done.
If you are buying a gift to send directly to someone, you can type your message in the “Gift Note” section which I will include. Please triple check the address you list is their correct address if sending to someone other than the address listed in your Etsy account
What size decal should I get?
This is mainly determined by the location of the decal. On a car, you want it large enough (minimum 5”) to see clearly from 20+ feet away. For a decal with text, it should be large enough to read from a distance. Thin lines or small pieces of decals are more likely to have issues. Use your cell phone as a quick size reference. Most phones are 5 or 6 inches tall and 2.5 to 3 inches wide.
All sizes are exact, in inches as signified by the “ symbol, with the longest side first. W = Width from side to side, H = Height from top to bottom.
Sizes are to the nearest 10th of an inch given in decimal points
